Privacy Policy

This policy explains what StealthCoach collects, why, who it goes to, and what you can do about it. It covers stealth-coach.com and the desktop application.
1. What we collect

2. What we do not collect
- We do not keep audio. How speech becomes text depends on where you are running the app. In a browser that has its own speech engine, it never leaves your machine and we only ever see the text. In the desktop app, and in browsers without one, short pieces of audio are sent to us and passed straight to Deepgram to be transcribed. We do not write them to disk or to our database, and we do not keep them after the text comes back — but they do pass through us, and you should know that before you use it in a room with other people in it.
- We do not store card details. Payment is by bank or e-wallet transfer to our account. We never ask for, see, or store card numbers or banking passwords.
- We do not use passwords, so there are none to leak.
- We do not track you across other websites, and we do not run advertising or third-party analytics trackers.
- We do not capture your screen or read other applications.
3. Who we share it with
We use these providers to run the Service. Each receives only what its job requires:

| Your bank or e-wallet (payments) | Whatever you send them to make the transfer. We receive only the reference number you give us and the confirmation our own bank sends us, which shows the amount and reference. We do not see your account details. |
We do not sell your personal information. We disclose data otherwise only where the law requires it, or to establish or defend a legal claim.
4. Where your data is held
Our database is hosted in Singapore. Our providers may process data in other countries, including the United States. Where data leaves the Philippines, we rely on our providers' standard contractual protections.
5. How long we keep it
- Account data — until you delete your account.
- Resume and job details — until you change or clear them, or delete your account.
- Conversations and exam answers — held in your browser for the session only. We do not store your chat history on our servers.
- Sign-in links — expire after 1 hour, and are deleted once used.
- Sign-in attempt records — deleted automatically within about an hour.
- Payment records — retained as long as tax and accounting law requires, normally 10 years in the Philippines.
6. Your rights
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, and comparable laws elsewhere, you may ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, or object to how we use it. You can edit your resume and job details yourself at any time in the app.
To request deletion, email privacy@stealth-coach.com from your account address. We will action it within 30 days. Deleting your account removes your resume, job details, and referral records; unused credits are forfeited, and payment records are kept where the law requires.
7. Security
Traffic is encrypted in transit. Sign-in links are single-use and short-lived. Session tokens are signed. Access to the production database is restricted.
No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your personal data, we will notify you and the National Privacy Commission as the law requires.
8. Cookies
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. Your sign-in token is kept in your browser's local storage so you stay signed in. Clearing your browser data signs you out.
9. Children
StealthCoach is not for under-18s, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes
We will post any update here and change the date above. Material changes will be announced by email or in the app.
