Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and StealthCoach (“we”, “us”), covering the website at stealth-coach.com, the desktop application, and everything we provide through them (the “Service”). By creating an account you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Service.

1. What StealthCoach does

StealthCoach listens through your microphone, detects questions, and uses AI to suggest answers based on the resume and job details you give us. The desktop application additionally hides its own window from screen sharing and screen recording on supported systems.

Answers are generated by an AI model. They may be wrong, out of date, or unsuitable. You are responsible for everything you say and submit. Always read a suggestion before using it.

2. Your responsibility for how you use it

Many organisations prohibit outside assistance during interviews, assessments, and examinations. Some jurisdictions and institutions treat it as misconduct or fraud. We do not monitor how you use the Service, and we do not vet whether your use is permitted where you are.

Checking that is entirely your responsibility. By using StealthCoach you confirm that you are not breaking any law, contract, exam rule, employer policy, or academic integrity policy that applies to you. Any consequence of doing so — a withdrawn offer, a failed assessment, a disciplinary action, a legal claim — is yours alone, and we accept no liability for it.

3. What you must not do

  • Use the Service where it is prohibited by law or by rules that bind you.
  • Record or transcribe anyone without the consent the law requires where you are. Recording consent rules differ by country and by state.
  • Impersonate another person, or use the Service to help someone else impersonate anyone.
  • Upload material you have no right to share, including another person's confidential information.
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service or your account.
  • Attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or circumvent limits or security controls.
  • Create multiple accounts to obtain free credits or to abuse the referral programme.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, without refund where the breach is deliberate.

4. Accounts

You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email address. Anyone with access to your inbox can access your account, so keep it secure. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live. One account per person.

5. Credits, payment, and refunds

  • The Service runs on credits. New accounts receive a number of free credits; each AI answer or exam analysis consumes credits as shown in the app.
  • Credits are prepaid, are not money, carry no cash value, and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
  • Payment is by bank or e-wallet transfer. After paying you give us the reference number from your receipt; credits are released once our bank confirms that transfer has arrived. We never ask for card numbers or banking passwords.
  • If credits do not arrive: bank confirmations usually take a minute or two, and the app will keep checking. If they still have not arrived, email us the reference number and the amount and we will add them by hand. Your payment is not lost — the reference is recorded the moment you submit it.
  • Prices are in Philippine pesos and include any taxes we are required to charge.
  • Refunds: unused credits may be refunded within 7 days of purchase if you have not used more than 10 credits from that purchase. Credits already spent are not refundable, because the AI cost has been incurred. If a payment is taken in error, or credits are not delivered, contact us and we will put it right.
  • Credits do not expire while your account is open. If you close your account, unused credits are forfeited.

6. Referrals

You may invite others with your referral link. Bonus credits are awarded only when an invited person makes their first purchase, subject to the amounts and time limits shown in the app. We may withhold bonuses and reverse credits where we reasonably believe the programme is being gamed — for example through self-referral or bulk fake accounts.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the Service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. If we discontinue the Service entirely, we will refund unused credits bought within the previous 12 months.

8. Your content

Your resume, job descriptions, uploads, and transcripts remain yours. You grant us only the licence needed to operate the Service — to store your content, and to send it to our AI provider to generate your answers. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to train AI models.

9. Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — including lost job offers, lost income, lost opportunities, reputational harm, or disciplinary outcomes.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 6 months before the claim arose. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and the courts of the Philippines have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
